I have using German Auto for several years for my Mercedes AMG and they have always solved my problems and at a reasonable cost.They are more familiar with the problems than the Mercedes Dealer in Fort Washington. They are trained mechanics with extensive experience in dealing with using just the necessary parts and not the complete assembly as practiced by the dealers. Just recently I went to a local chain repairs shop that was close to my house and due to my wife's illness I could not drive to German Auto. They quoted over $6000 to replace struts and other items. I immediately made an appointment with German Motors, delivered the car to them the next day. They inspected car replaced only the needed assemblies for $1360 in 2 days. The car rides smooth and what local repair chain had quoted was to replace assemblies that were in acceptable specification limits. You can trust the owner John Roberts and his staff to provide high quality work on your car and the most reasonable cost post.Do yourself a favor and take your car to John you will never regret trusting John with your car.

Guys are honest and they attack the problem after giving you different options. I love that.

Nick, Tony and everyone I dealt with we're knowledgeable professionals. I felt comfortable with them working on my car and that's rare. I have a GTI and saw a turbo 930, R8 and RS4 in the shop so I knew my car would be no problem. I'll be a long time customer. Pricing was also very reasonable.

They are thoughtful of my time and my time constraints, informative about work that needs to be done ( the why, the how, the time it will take, and how much it will cost), and they are always willing to debrief me on the back end at pick-up/checkout about what work was actually done, in detail, as well as any future recommendations that they may see on the horizon for routine maintenance/repairs in the future.

Should have had more of a debrief but was in a rush to get to a meeting.
