John Roberts Owner goes out of his way to insure that things are done right. He keeps customers informed on status of repairs and will gladly discuss the problems. One of the most trust worthy repair facilities for Mercedes. Good as the dealers and a lot less expensive.

I brought my 944 Turbo to Nick at German Auto Specialists for a new clutch, inspection and alignment. Not only was the estimate lower than my previous shop but the communication and results speak for themselves. The car was completed in 4 days and has never been smoother. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them after just one visit. GAS has a new repeat customer.

As usual JR went to the extreme to insure my "stuck in park" was solved ASAP without compromising quality but with consideration on price. In addition JR stands behind his work and any after event John has his staff correct

My 2013 BMW is out of warranty and I have been unhappy with service departments in the three local BMW dealerships in my area. I was searching for an independent shop that specialized in the premium German automobiles- BMW, Mercedes, Porsche and Audi. This shop had consistently good reviews and certified mechanics so I made an appointment for a regular service. I was very impressed with this shop. It is a family business so the atmosphere is very cordial and relaxed, but workshop was so clean you could almost eat off the floor. The cars in the shop were a mix of BMW, Mercedes and Porsche, and I was encouraged when I saw the mix of newer cars and and a number of older cars that appeared to be in perfect shape. Obviously this is a place where people who care about their cars will go for service. When I came to pick up the car the owner came up to explain what work was done and presented a bill that I estimate to be about 40% less than a dealer would have charged. No bad surprises, and no up-sell. Highly recommended
