For all the possible customer of German Auto Specialists. I have been a utilizing the services of German Auto Specialists for over 15 years for my various BMW, Mercedes vehicles and my most recent 911 Porsche. I am so confident in their service I bring my vehicles to them instead of the dealer even when warranted. In fact I recently received a $1000. service coupon from a my Mercedes dealer and still I had my Mercedes serviced by German Auto Specialists. Need I say more...............

I have come to expect first-class prompt service from German Auto Specialists, and I was not disappointed on this occasion. Their knowledge of older Mercedes Benz cars led me to them after the local Mercedes dealer had no reliable service technicians in their employ to provide even routine service needs.

Got me in on very short notice for state inspection, and it was all done when they said it would be. Everyone there is great to deal with, and the honesty and integrity of John and JR is what keeps me coming back, even though I live 28 miles away. Great establishment! Thanks German Auto!

This was for service provided to install tires from tirerack.com onto wheels that I had dropped off while my car was otherwise unavailable. Joanne and JR were great to deal with. Everything was on time, the shop looked great, the price was agreed upon beforehand - no surprises. I will very likely return for other work as required in the future.

The best part about my experience was the half hour I spent talking to the mechanics after I picked up my car. They told me about everythign that needed attention on my car, how to fix it, and offered that if I need any help to just call and they would be happy to give advice. Overall I was 100% satisfied and please with the work completed.
