The car had very serious engine issues and I needed a firm that I had confidence in. I spoke with several firms via telephone. German Auto is a family business with many years of experience. I am a mechanical engineer by education so I understand the issues. I made an excellent choice with German Auto. I describe my dealings as getting excellent value for the services provided. If you are looking for a cheap job, search elsewhere. German Auto stands behind their work with a substantial warranty. The bottom line is " the bitterness of poor quality is long remembered after the sweetness of low price" So, my meaning is, you get what you pay for. I went to German Auto Specialists based on their excellent reviews on the web and they didn't disappoint. All auto shops could take a lesson in customer service from this place. I have a 2006 BMW and they have my business for all my future service issues.
