Excellent communication and excellent quality regarding service needs

I have a 2007 Audi A4 that was experiencing a recurring coil misfire problem. A co-worker referred me to German Autospecialists - thankfully. I had been chasing the same problem for several weeks at local garages with one of them actually admitting to me that they "don't work on these kind of cars." I dropped off my car a day prior to the appointment because of ability to get a ride. I needed the light control module replaced on my 2000 528i. Rick actually got to the job early and called me. I was able to pay for the job over the phone and I got the car back early.

Took the car on very short notice, reassigned work to check out the problem and quickly fixed it. First rate people and service

Excellent service

German Auto is very customer focused. They explain the issues with your car and what needs to be done. They work with you from a financial perspective and are reasonably priced. They are always pleasant and can pick you up if you transportation back and forth to the shop.

Expensive but necessary and fair. I feel the service was very good.
