Expensive cars require expensive repairs - at German Auto Specialists I know that my car is fixed right in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. These are the reasons I've been bringing my BMW here for the last 6 years.

My 2013 Volkswagen CC would not start and I had no idea what the problem was having replaced my battery just two weeks before. I took it to German Auto Specialists instead of a Volkswagen Dealership where I knew they would be very expensive. Nick and his staff put in a lot of time and effort in to inspect and test the engine to determine the problem. Once they found the problem (engine was very dirty and needed new spark plugs and fuel injectors) they fixed it in a very timely manner. They explained and even showed me the repair in detail. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and was thousands of dollars less than what a dealership would have charged me. The car now drives a lot better and faster than when I first purchased it and even gets better gas mileage! I found German Auto Specialists to be very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, ethical and cost-effective. I highly recommend anyone who needs their car fixed to go to German Auto Specialists instead of a dealership. You will pay a lot less and get great service with excellent mechanics. Very knowledgeable in foreign car repair!!

We had a pesky EPC check engine light for two years on our 07 Audi Quatro A4. During that time we spent a good chunck of change on two other high end shops that even raced and the failure continued. German Specials found the problem.On a multi wire connection they discovered a water stain. Here's where the honesty of the shop enters. They could have charged us $1,500 for a new computer, but they belived strongly that a $10 part was the way to go. There are those shops out there that could say "we change the brain instead of only doing the resistor" and then make a very healthy dishonest profit. It's been three months now. We have our zoom-zoom car back. It's more peppy now, and more importantly we made new friends. In addition, their customer service was spot on. They even gave me a ride to work.

I have taken many different vehicles to them over the years, and have never had an issue. One of my favorite service providers of any kind. I always feel like I am getting the best information and a good price.

Quality, professional service at a reasonable price--and they are honest, too!

Excellent service and very thorough. They do not let the car leave their shop until the problems are resolved.
