It is clear that Nick and the team love working on German cars. They are responsive, fair, and realistic. This should be everyone's go to place not just for repairs and basic maintenance, but modifications and upgrades. If you want to start modding your car and not sure where to start or who to trust, give them a call. Their experience with what works and what doesn't is enormous. It also helps that they have long personal relationships with companies and their owners like AWE. In my case I was looking to begin customizing my new Jetta in a non-juvenile, obnoxious way. Nick provided some suggestions, reminisced about what worked when he was doing the same thing to his car and we're off on our way to something very classy.

German Auto has been fixing and caring for all of our cars for about 20 years! We were initially referred by our Audi dealership when our first Audi's warranty was up. We have been loyal and extremely satisfied customers ever since. German Auto is so great because they are scrupulously honest, completely knowledgeable and always professional. Nick, the current owner, is wonderful to work with. You are in outstanding, competent hands when you take your car in for service. I cannot say enough good things about this business, from how they know ALL makes and models of cars, will provide excellent service and always are ready to go the extra mile for you. We have even taken cars in to get looked at for opinions on purchasing. Nick has kept our '96 Audi running like new (and it's getting harder to find parts, but he manages to come through every time). They also service our newer cars, '09 Audi and '15 Acura and we are always thrilled. Highly recommend.

I wanted to start customizing my new Jetta and wasn't sure where to begin. I called a number of other Euro-specialists in the area and was disappointed in responsiveness, vision, and knowledge base. Nick replied in email and suggested that we talk live. I described the direction I wanted to take the car and we bounced ideas off of each other. Some things that seem like good ideas on Internet Blogs and YouTube clips; in reality aren't ...or just plain silly. Nick wasn't afraid to get into the details and explain from experience of customizing his own cars, why one idea may be correct ...or not. My end goal was a classy-subtle custom GLI and Nick has it on its way.

I will never go elsewhere for my Mini services. Although I own a tiny car, the repair costs can be huge. Not at GAS! No BS just great customer service and excellently trained technicians.

Great staff at German Auto specialist

I am pleased with the service.

I switched to German Auto Specialists after my official car dealer quoted me a ridiculously high amount to repair my engine. After getting a second opinion with Nick, the $12,000 original bill turned into $1200 Bill. They are honest, dependable and excellent quality. I now bring my car and even my son’s Subaru. Don’t let the name fool you, they take great care of Japanese cars as well (Who Knew?). Good luck.
