Nick, Tony and everyone I dealt with we're knowledgeable professionals. I felt comfortable with them working on my car and that's rare. I have a GTI and saw a turbo 930, R8 and RS4 in the shop so I knew my car would be no problem. I'll be a long time customer. Pricing was also very reasonable.

They are thoughtful of my time and my time constraints, informative about work that needs to be done ( the why, the how, the time it will take, and how much it will cost), and they are always willing to debrief me on the back end at pick-up/checkout about what work was actually done, in detail, as well as any future recommendations that they may see on the horizon for routine maintenance/repairs in the future.

Should have had more of a debrief but was in a rush to get to a meeting.

Very serious professionals, been in the business for a long time. I found their suggestions about what to fix and when helpful and honest. Fair prices. Strongly recommend over any BMW dealership service.

All good except I did not find the bill and my key in the car when picking it up after hours. Now I have to make another trip to pick up my keys.
