Plymouth Meeting Auto Repair

I had an emergency, and needed to get my tires replaced ASAP. I had replacements shipped directly to German Auto Specialists, and even during a crazy week for them, they fit me in. My car was ready fast, and is back in tip top shape. Everyone I spoke with my knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be using German Auto Specialists again!

I was visiting from out of town and a garage smashed my drivers side mirror on a guard rail. German Auto checked the damage, provided a verbal estimate, ordered the parts, installed the replacement mirror and everything worked perfectly. My friend called two other shops because he thought we could get a better price and both car repair shops said this was "body work" and refused to even give us a quote. Looks like I made the right decision going with German Auto in the first place.

As usual, Nick and the crew did an awesome job on my Audi. Great job keeping me informed and getting the job done on time and at a great price. Highly recommend this shop.

Initial repair estimate was not reflected in review of work performed (I authorized additional repairs), however when I brought this to their attn, they correctly down-adjusted amount. Pleased with thoroughness (identified non repair-related faults to keep an eye on) and overall responsiveness. They were very knowledgeable about mechanical and maintenance aspects unique to older Bmw. Highly recommended.
