Stranded in Philadelphia, 350 miles from home with a broken down Audi A6, German Auto Specialists, offered immediate help. Calls were made to two local,Audi dealers, that didn’t return the call for 24 hours, whereas Nick from German Auto, responded immediately and had the car into their shop in several hours. I hope never to,have a breakdown like that in Philadelphia again, but if it did these would be the go to guys

I was really nervous about getting such a big repair, but Nick sounded really confident about the work to be done and sweetened the deal with a detail. He explained how the repair works (without treating me like I was clueless, as sometimes happens when male mechanics talk to women) and got me an appointment right away. After picking my car up, I drove an hour to NJ and my fuel economy had gone back up to it's old number (+10mpg) and she was running smooth. The detail was legit, too :). I'm so glad I brought my car here and finally got the much needed work done.

Again they don't fail to disappoint. Without a lengthy description of my issue I can tell you that I was facing a costly repair on my Porsche 911 4S. Nick, with his depth of knowledge and creativity came up with a terrific solution that ended up saving me at least $2000 and actually enhance driveability. That's what they do. They help you make good decisions and save you on cost. They know that's how you build long term loyalty from your customers - earn their trust. These guys are worthy of trust not just for your wallet but for their extensive knowledge and overall savvy with these types of cars. I need more Porsches so I can go see them more often.
