My appointment was for a 30,000 mile servicing on my Passat, and I could not have been more pleased with the timeliness of the work done and the professionalism of the staff with whom I spoke (John, Nick and Joanne). If I could point out an area for improvement, I would, but these guys did a great job with all aspects of car care and customer service.

Owing a Porsche is very enjoyable until problems appear. So, having a garage that can deal with the complexities at a fair cost is important. In the past, they have serviced our older Porsche, BMWs and my wife's Mini always to our satisfaction. And, they are nice about it. One small draw back is that the waiting area is not comfortable.

Every experience is always 5 stars. And I am VERY particular when it comes to my car. Top notch.
