I had my car in for tires this past week. JR kept me in the loop the entire time and notified me of additional issues found during a pre- work check. Work was done quickly and correctly. Car feels great and was returned in good condition (clean).

While there was an issue that occurred during the repair (radiator was damaged), I was very pleased by the service because JR was honest about the issue and remedied the issue. Mistakes happen. Its how you address them that really shows the quality of service.
