THE GOOD: Have been going here for 12 years. Excellent know-how in the service and maintenance of BMW's. They can ALWAYS "fix it". Prices are always lower than the dealer. Very honest about the problem with the car; never make up or invent problems. Fairly fast repairs. Will sometimes let you bring your own parts. Friendly staff. Have free WiFi and coffee in waiting area. You get routine service reminder letters sent to your home. Can easily arrange rental cars with a third party agency. THE BAD: Sometimes service of dubious benefits are touted, for example, transmission flush, air intake cleaning, etc. Service prices are fair, but not cheap. Don't have free rentals. Waiting are is small and cramped (especially compared to the dealers). Location in a crappy area with no food or shopping available. Hard to get a last minute appointment.
