They always go the extra mile to make sure that they understand the problem that you are experiencing and then take the time to explain how they will approach it by utilizing their experienced staff's diagnostic skills and state of the art equipment. Came back after 8 years and was not disappointed - The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help me out. I highly recommend this shop.

Called regarding annoying problem with stop lite switch. John Roberts told me to come by in an hour he would have part and install while I waited.Arrived at appointed time he had it installed and also repaired defective trunk sturts at same time. All done within an hour or so at a very reasonable cost. Stop lite installation was suxxesful and error messages have disappeared.

JR always goes out of his way to assist with any of your automobile problems. In addition he is especially sensitive to costs and offers alternatives to repairs that will decrease the costs. Have recommended German Auto specialists to many of my friends who own Mercedes and BMW cars . Joe Volpe
