Thank you for fixing my problem with my Mercedes380SL. It runs like new. Having you do the inspection gave me a feeling of comfort in having me wife drive the classic car.

Everything was great all around - I don't plan on going anywhere else from now on.

This facility has excellent, knowledgeable, courteous staff. From routine service/maintenance to problem-solving complicated mechanical issues....I wouldn't take my classic Mercedes anywhere else! While the car was in for a recent oil change an unexpected electrical issue was experienced which was solved and repaired quickly. There were loose wires and a bad connection to the starter that needed repair which explained the intermittent problems with starting the vehicle and lights going on and off when driving over bumps.

I have been a utilizing the services of German Auto Specialists for over 15 years for my various BMW, Mercedes vehicles and my most recent 911 Porsche. I am so confident in their service I bring my vehicles to them instead of the dealer even when warranted. In fact I recently received a $1000. service coupon from a my Mercedes dealer and still I had my Mercedes serviced by German Auto Specialists. Need I say more...............

I have come to expect first-class prompt service from German Auto Specialists, and I was not disappointed on this occasion. Their knowledge of older Mercedes Benz cars led me to them after the local Mercedes dealer had no reliable service technicians in their employ to provide even routine service needs.

Got me in on very short notice for state inspection, and it was all done when they said it would be. Everyone there is great to deal with, and the honesty and integrity of John and JR is what keeps me coming back, even though I live 28 miles away. Great establishment! Thanks German Auto!

This was for service provided to install tires from tirerack.com onto wheels that I had dropped off while my car was otherwise unavailable. Joanne and JR were great to deal with. Everything was on time, the shop looked great, the price was agreed upon beforehand - no surprises. I will very likely return for other work as required in the future.
