The best part about my experience was the half hour I spent talking to the mechanics after I picked up my car. They told me about everythign that needed attention on my car, how to fix it, and offered that if I need any help to just call and they would be happy to give advice. Overall I was 100% satisfied and please with the work completed.

As always, both Johns were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable when I asked about my concerns on my last visit to get the clutch replaced in my BMW M Roadster. I have been bringing my Audi and Jaguar here for years. They are always polite and professional. What I like the most is that I never feel like they ask me to do any work on the autos that is not necessary. This is especially desirable, as most repair shops try to sell you more work than is needed. There pricing is, also, quite reasonable.
