Great experience, once again. *The* place to go to if you need any sort of service for your BMW. Love the convenience of their online appointment scheduling system. John & team are thorough, courteous, and fair.

I went to German Auto Specialists based on their excellent reviews on the web and they didn't disappoint. All auto shops could take a lesson in customer service from this place. I have a 2006 BMW and they have my business for all my future service issues.

German Auto treated us terrifically! We were stranded on our way home to New Jersey with a blown alternator in my 2002 Mercedes. They got us in the shop and on our way in a Jiffy, and charged a fair price for top notch work. I couldn't have been treated any better!!

I really enjoyed my first experience with German Auto specialists. They were able to handle my issues cost effectively and also provide a space for me to wait. I am planning on ordering new tires and having them mount them. In addition I will be bringing in my CLK for a routine diagnostics.
