Took my '05 C230 there after some disappointing service at a dealer, and was very happy with everything they did. German Auto Specialists is a superb service center.

Professional. Even though the wipers are out of stock, everything was smooth.

for the first time I can remember, someone gave me a reason for an expensive repair. I had been told at a dealer that my car needed a new timing belt because that was what was recommended. No other reason was given, even after I asked why. German auto specialists told me why. As a result, they got the job and my business from now on for both our German cars. well done!

May be a little more expensive than some other shops, but it's worth it for their exemplary customer service. Problem was diagnosed, clearly explained and repaired in just a few hours. I would recommend German Auto Specialists to anyone with a German car in need of repair or maintenance.

I like the professionalism. They don't mind talking to my friend about the repairs who understands cars more than I do. So I feel like I'm not being taken advantage of, which u don't get other places. Always friendly. Wifi is critical.
