The 'Check Engine' light came ON after driving off 32 miles from the German Auto Repair Shops.

Excellant as always.... THe customer is always informed of the issues and what it takes to fix the problem. The staff are always kind, friendly and courteous.

I have brought my E500 there for reg service. I always feel that they are honest and do only necessary work. I have never gotten an unexpected repair bill. For that reason, I will keep coming back!

The car had very serious engine issues and I needed a firm that I had confidence in. I spoke with several firms via telephone. German Auto is a family business with many years of experience. I am a mechanical engineer by education so I understand the issues. I made an excellent choice with German Auto. I describe my dealings as getting excellent value for the services provided. If you are looking for a cheap job, search elsewhere. German Auto stands behind their work with a substantial warranty. The bottom line is " the bitterness of poor quality is long remembered after the sweetness of low price" So, my meaning is, you get what you pay for.
