I like the professionalism. They don't mind talking to my friend about the repairs who understands cars more than I do. So I feel like I'm not being taken advantage of, which u don't get other places. Always friendly. Wifi is critical.

I came to German Auto via Tire Rack. com and I must stay I am happy that I did. The service is professional. The crew is knowledgeable and if they do not know they figure it out. I have since returned for state inspections and replacement parts. Every time I have been pleased. Keep up the good work.

We were traveling a John got us in early in the Morning. Fixed us up at a very reasonable price and in a short time. They were great!

Took bmw 3 series in for inspection and car needed much more work to pass inspection and to drive safely. People were courteous, responsive (love that they are comfortable using email) detailed, and comprehensive. Final bill came in right on the estimate as well.
