I had to do some major repair on my VW. German Auto Specialists did a great job on my vehicle, but their true value lies in their customer service. They were upfront with me regarding the total labor and parts cost of the repairs, and were very good at explaining the repairs and why they were necessary. This is a top notch company. It was very evident that they are skilled, honest, and passionate about their work.

Always superb work, done promptly, reasonably, and such friendly service on top of all that. Would not take our Audis anywhere else. They are true experts for German made cars! We live in the city but it is well worth the 30 min travel. Totally trustworthy car service.

Stranded in Philadelphia, 350 miles from home with a broken down Audi A6, German Auto Specialists, offered immediate help. Calls were made to two local,Audi dealers, that didn’t return the call for 24 hours, whereas Nick from German Auto, responded immediately and had the car into their shop in several hours. I hope never to,have a breakdown like that in Philadelphia again, but if it did these would be the go to guys
