German Auto took my car at the last minute on a Friday because I was in a hurry to get a quick fix completed before the weekend. They were friendly, and the technician explained everything to me--he even ran out to pick up the part my car needed! The waiting room was comfortably air conditioned and clean, with free wifi. I will definitely be coming back the next time my car needs service.

I love to support local businesses whenever I can. And when that business is one that will be taking care of one of my investments for the next 10 or so years, it must meet or exceed all of my expectations. Being a new Mercedes Benz owner, I didn't have the first idea where to take my car for service as I prefer not to use dealerships. From my introduction to German Auto Specialist on line, to scheduling my appointment with Joanne, to meeting the owner, John, to having my car diagnostically tested and serviced, I can't say enough about the superior service and professionalism I experienced. Let's face it, as someone who doesn't know much about cars, it's paramount that I trust the people who are there to help me make decisions regarding maintenance decisions, etc. for my car. German Auto Specialists does this better than any car repair shop I've ever used. Forget about using dealerships!!! Take your German made auto to to John and his team. It will be the best decision for the life of your car that you'll ever make.

We had a good experience at German Auto Specialists. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our car was inspected, repaired all in one day. We believe the price of repairs and inspection was fair. We are very pleased.

As usual J.R and Tim are the reason I will never take my Mercedes to a dealership. From Cherry Hill to Ft Washington you will see an attempt to make you trade for a new car by giving out extravagant charges for minor problems. I highly recommend using (GAS) for all inconveniences with your Mercedes!
