Thanks guys, this was my first time to your shop and I left impressed. Great work and customer service. I had an alignment issue that seemed like forever which I have had other shops look at and they couldn't get it right but you guys did. Obviously your experience and expertise shows. My front suspension is now where it needs to be, thanks.

FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHICH I AM BIG ON. KEPT ME INFORMED WHILE WAITING. OFFERS COFFEE AND SNACKS WHILE WAITING. PET FRIENDLY, AND NEVER HAD TO BRING MY VEHICLE BACK FOR REPAIRS. COST IS EXTREMELY FAIR, TOO FAIR. THEY LOVE THE CUSTOMER.

This is a great garage with highly skilled technicians. I recently bought a German performance car and use them for all my questions/maintenance. I prefer a great small business vs a dealership for obvious cost reasons once the factory warranty is up

When you have an older German car it can be quite a challenge to get even the most rudimentary repair or maintenance completed in a satisfactory way. I imagine that I am not alone in dealing with surly and confrontational repair people who completely dismiss any semblance of professionalism leaving you feeling that you are imposing upon them. This is true even at my local Mercedes Benz dealership who once welcomed you with open arms but now are somewhat indifferent, not to mention the ruinous expense they impose. While German Auto Specialists are not some cheap repair shop, they treat you with courtesy and professionalism which to me is a refreshing change. I highly recommend them and will be returning in future.

I needed a PPI for a used Audi I was considering. Nick, the owner, personally performed the PPI and did not recommend purchasing, helping me avoid an expensive mistake. This is a professionally run business and Nick went out of his way to help walk this fairly inexperienced purchaser through the process. A+
