I have never had more confidence in dealing with any business in my life. German Auto Specialists was able to fix a problem with my Mercedes that multiple other service centers, including 2 dealerships, could not. They are detail oriented, cost conscious and stand behind their work like I have never seen anywhere else. It is a great feeling to know your repair work will be high quality and there is no worry that you are not getting your money's worth. As good as it gets. Sometimes you need to wait a few weeks for an appointment, but that is only because they are that popular and just very good. My Mercedes is over 10 years old, and they take good care of it. I wouldn't bring my car to any other car shop. I highly recommend this place.

Mileage service for a 2012 MB E350 with 202,000 miles. Great experience. In and out of the shop quickly. Service was priced right and the guidance from the staff was helpful and not aggressively pushing some repair or replacement work. (With a 9-year old car with over 200k on it, you know you could recommend a lot of unnecessary work.) I will return to German Auto Specialists in the future.
